TAT: The estimated time of completing an artwork with one character is about 7-45 days, this will increase depending on character quantity or background complexity and I'll always keep clients updated on the progress at least once per two weeks.+ 10 to 50 $ for detailed backgrounds, depending on complexity.+ 80% per additional character or animals.

TERMS OF SERVICE

I. There must be a payment of at least 50% of the total value upfront so I can start a commission.II. I can refuse commission requests.
» If a client wishes to cancel a commission I can offer a refund stablished according to the commission's progress at the time it was cancelled. Refunds from the client's side will only be accepted if the minimum turnaround time has been reached after the first payment has been made (45 days).
» If I happen to cancel a commission I can guarantee a refund up to 50% of the value paid.III. If you need me to make any changes, let me know before confirming the sketch. I only make big changes before finishing the lineart. I can refuse to make changes after the lineart is complete.IV. I own the right of publishing commissioned works on my social media and portfolios, except it is stated otherwise by the client. Commissioned artworks will always have a watermark when posted.
» The client may post and share the artwork in any part of the progress. Crediting can be done by either linking to this carrd or social media profiles and tagging or mentioning any of the socials included in the initial page of this carrd.
» I do not allow the use of my artworks for generative AI or NFTs under any circumstances.V. The prices listed are only for personal use. Commercial work will have an additional fee of 100% the original value.VI. By commissioning you agree with all the terms above.
